World Cup Team Of The Week

30 Jun 2010

Onwards and cupwards.

You may have noticed new in-form players dropping into Ultimate Team on a more regular basis during the World Cup. It turns out there's just so many standout players emerging from the World Cup tournament that it would just be wrong not to make them available on a regular basis.

What that means is: By all means, check out this mid-week World Cup Team of the Week - they're all in Gold Packs now at their higher ratings. However, don't take your eyes of Ultimate Team for a minute because new players are dropping into the game all the time as they put in performances in South Africa.

This week, Xavi and Muller return to the team, just because they're so ace. Muller, in fact, is now rated higher than ever. Schweinsteiger and Bastos are now in packs in new positions, while Robben is now in packs at a higher rating in right midfield.

Click play below to listen to the weekly Ultimate Team podcast from the guys behind the game. In particular, listen in for details of what you need to do to convince them you deserve a gift of some free coins!
