While FIFA 10's Live Season mode will create a Live Season 11-of-the-Week for your reference right in the console, the guys over at Ultimate Team take that a little further.

Every week they take that data and use it as a base for their own Ultimate Team 11. It's similar, but not quite the same. That's principally because we don't want the same players (such as an on-fire Wayne Rooney) popping up in the team every time.

Why don't they want that? Because the Ultimate 11 (as we've decided to call it) has a direct effect on the game! If you find one of these 11 players in a pack this week, they'll be rated at their Live Season level. That means you want them. Valuable in your team, and possibly even more so to trade for some profitably inflated prices!
